Exchange Policy

All sales on syddalldiamonds.com are final. To ensure customer peace of mind, syddalldiamonds.com offers a one-time exchange for items that meet the following conditions:

1. Manufacturing defects

Upon receipt of items, customers of syddalldiamonds.com are granted a 30-day exchange policy for goods deemed to have manufacturing faults. This policy is not applicable to defects made known to customers before the sale. In addition, defects from wear and tear are not covered under this policy.

Examples of manufacturing faults include (but not exhaustive):

• stones not properly secured

• defective clasps
   

Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags, stickers and original proof of purchase to qualify for exchange. If the product shows signs of wear, use or alteration from its original condition, we reserve the right to decline the request. We require the above conditions to be duly met before we can process your exchange.

syddalldiamonds.com does not offer exchanges due to unsuitability.

1. Incorrect size purchased
    

We are happy to provide alteration services for rings and bracelets should the sizing not be satisfactory. Specific instructions on the amendments should be sent to info@syddalldiamonds.com. First alterations are complimentary. Return shipping to syddalldiamonds.com for alteration is the responsibility of the customer.
